How easy is it to set up?

Very! Because we're by your side from day one. After signing up, your Onboarding Specialist will reach out to help you create your location(s), service menu, staff accounts, and more.

How long does it take to switch and set up?

Boulevard’s medspa software includes powerful, custom reporting you can use to help reach your growth goals. You can also attract and book clients directly from social media, design and send email marketing campaigns, and automate manual tasks so you and your team can spend more time focusing on what matters most – your clients.

Can I transfer data from my old system?

We know you've worked hard for your business data, and at Boulevard, we believe you should have access to it fully. That said, depending on your previous solution, only certain data types may be available from them.

What equipment do I need?

You probably already have what you need, specifically a modern computer or laptop, an iPad, and a broadband internet connection. You’ll just have to purchase the Boulevard Duo point-of-sale that integrates with the Boulevard Duo App for iPad to start processing payments.

How are disputes handled?

Boulevard's Dispute Resolution Center takes the guesswork out of disputes. You'll get notified immediately when a dispute occurs, and you can appeal the chargeback, submit evidence, and find the status and decision on the case—right within your dashboard.

How long do payouts take?

Unlike most processors, Boulevard batches all payments into one of your business days and initiates the deposit on the following day. This makes for clean accounting on your end and ensures a full day of sales matches a full day of deposits. Funds usually reach your bank account after 2 business days.

Is Boulevard PCI, HIPAA, or SOC compliant?

Short answer: Yes. See our Data Security page for specific info on all the ways we keep your data safe.

Can you match rates from another payment processor?

We do offer discounts based on your current payment processing volume. When you get in touch, be sure to bring a copy of your merchant processing statement or your sales report from your current platform, and we'll be happy to take a look.

How can I reduce my payment processing fees?

In addition to volume discounts, we also offer Boulevard Offset, a program that lets you transparently and compliantly share the cost of credit card processing with your clients.
